Ryu Jun Yeol And Kim Tae Ri Confirmed To Star In Upcoming Sci-Fi Film

Ryu Jun Yeol and Kim Tae Ri have been confirmed to star in director Choi Dong Hoon’s new film!

Previously, it was reported that Kim Woo Bin and Jun Ji Hyun were in talks to star in the new film along with Ryu Jun Yeol and Kim Tae Ri.

On August 27, a source from C-JeS Entertainment revealed, “Ryu Jun Yeol has been confirmed as the main character for parts one and two of director Choi Dong Hoon’s new project.” On the same day, a source from J,Wide-Company shared, “Kim Tae Ri will be starring in parts one and two of director Choi Dong Hoon’s new project.”

Director Choi Dong Hoon’s new project is a sci-fi film about aliens and does not have a working title yet. Filming for the first and second parts of the movie will occur simultaneously, and the film is reportedly in its pre-production stages.

The director has produced hit films including “The Thieves” in 2012 and “Assassination” in 2015, both of which sold over 10 million tickets each. The director was preparing for a film with Kim Woo Bin in 2017 but halted production due to the actor’s cancer diagnosis.
