Red Velvet's Seulgi Names Top Female Idol Dancers

Red Velvet’s Seulgi showed some love for her fellow female dancers on MBC Every1’s “Weekly Idol”!

Red Velvet appeared as guests on the August 28 broadcast of the show, and the hosts held a mini press conference for the group in light of their comeback. MC Nam Chang Hee asked Seulgi, “Is it true that BoA picked you as one of SM’s top dancers along with TVXQ‘s Yunho and SHINee‘s Taemin?” Seulgi replied, “It’s true, and it’s an honor.”

Nam Chang Hee then asked who Seulgi herself recognizes as the best girl group dancers. She answered, “There are so many — BLACKPINK‘s Lisa, Chungha, TWICE‘s Momo. IZ*ONE‘s Lee Chae Yeon also dances very well. There are really so many that I can’t mention them all one by one.” Joy teased her by saying, “You just did!”

Seulgi added that she finds a dancer’s lines in their movements to be their strongest charm.
