Watch: Kang Ha Neul Is A Love-Struck Fool For Gong Hyo Jin In Teaser For New Rom-Com

KBS 2TV’s new drama “When the Camellia Blooms” (literal title) has released a new teaser!

“When the Camellia Blooms” is a romantic comedy that will tell the stories of three couples in different stages of love. Dong Baek (played by Gong Hyo Jin) and Yong Shik (played by Kang Ha Neul) believe anything is possible with love, while people around them scoff at their belief in the power of love.

The new teaser begins with Dong Baek telling Yong Shik she isn’t his style. Yong Shik musters up the courage to ask her about her ideal man, and Dong Baek straightforwardly replies, “It’s Gong Yoo,” breaking his heart because he thinks he could never compete against the good-looking “goblin.”

Despite Dong Baek’s frank attitude, Yong Shik doesn’t back down, and he continuously protects her from drunkards to neighbors. He can’t help but fall for her firm personality, and he declares, “I’ve become your fan! You’re so cool!” When Dong Baek asks why he keeps concerning himself with her, Yong Shik vows, “Dong Baek, you’re not alone anymore, and I’m going to stick with you all year round.”

“When the Camellia Blooms” premieres on September 18 at 10 p.m. KST as the follow-up to “Justice.”
