Action Film "The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos" Tops Box Office + Hits 1 Million Moviegoers

“The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos” has surpassed 1 million moviegoers in just three days of its premiere!

“The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos” is a spin-off of OCN’s drama “Bad Guys” and stars original cast members Ma Dong Seok, Kim Sang Joong, and Kang Ye Won, as well as new members Jang Ki Yong and Kim Ah Joong. The film tells the story of the drama’s special criminal investigation division returning to catch dangerous prisoners who have escaped from a prison convoy.

On the second day of its premiere, “The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos” topped the Korean box office. Around 1:40 p.m. KST on Saturday 13, only two days after its successful opening night, the movie hit over 1 million moviegoers. The number of people to see the movie is increasing as quickly as that of “Extreme Job,” which set a new record for becoming the Korean film with the highest revenue generated by gathering over 16.2 million moviegoers earlier this year.

To celebrate reaching over 1 million moviegoers, the cast also released a photo, in which Kim Sang Joong, Kim Ah Joong, Jang Ki Yong, and director Son Yong Ho are holding up a paper message that reads, “1 Million!”
