"The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos" Celebrates 2 Million Moviegoers

“The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos” continues to see box office success!

“The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos” is a spin-off of OCN’s drama “Bad Guys” and stars original cast members Ma Dong Seok, Kim Sang Joong, and Kang Ye Won, as well as new members Jang Ki Yong and Kim Ah Joong. The film tells the story of the drama’s special criminal investigation division returning to catch dangerous prisoners who have escaped from a prison convoy.

After hitting 1 million moviegoers three days after its premiere, the film quickly achieved another milestone, recording 2.49 million moviegoers as of September 14 at 7:35 p.m. KST. This makes it the fastest Korean movie released during the Chuseok holidays to reach 2 million moviegoers.

Moreover, “The Bad Guys: Reign Of Chaos” currently stands at No. 1 at the box office ahead of “Tazza: One Eyed Jack” and “Cheer Up, Mr. Lee” (literal title), which were released at the same time.

To celebrate the achievement, Kim Ah Joong, Jang Ki Yong, and director Son Yong Ho gathered for a photo that features them wearing matching “Bad Guys” T-shirts. Jang Ki Yong is also cutely holding a cushion with his co-star Ma Dong Seok on the front.
