Watch: Girl's Day's Hyeri, Kim Sang Kyung, And More Show The Hardships Of Ordinary Workers In "Miss Lee"

tvN’s upcoming drama “Miss Lee” has released a new highlight reel!

“Miss Lee” is an office comedy about the employees of a small electronics company who struggle to keep their company afloat. Girl’s Day’s Hyeri stars as the titular Lee Sun Shim, the bookkeeper who suddenly gets promoted to company CEO after a series of incidents.

The highlight reel opens with a funny but realistic look at the lives of ordinary workers in the city. The workers of Chung Il Electronics, which include Hyeri, Kim Sang Kyung, Uhm Hyun Kyung, Cha Seo Won, Kim Do Yeon, and more, struggle with their morning commute, whether it’s waking up late, missing the bus, being crowded on public transport, having to deal with a troublesome family, or losing one’s phone while trying on a dozen outfits.

Lee Sun Shim is your average overworked employee when her company CEO vanishes into thin air. At a company dinner, she gets drunk and volunteers herself as the new CEO, and is shocked the next day when people actually begin treating her like one. However, she is woefully unprepared to deal with the pressures of her new job, and ends up begging Department Head Yoo Jin Wook (Kim Sang Kyung) for help.

As the company runs into bigger problems, the highlight reel takes a sad turn as it reveals the hardships of maintaining a job at a struggling company, including difficulties in paying bills, maintaining good relationships, and taking care of one’s family. It soon becomes clear to Lee Sun Shim that her new subordinates aren’t interested in doing more work or helping her revive the company, leaving her alone and in tears.
