Ahn Jae Hyun Files Divorce Lawsuit + Ku Hye Sun's Lawyer Reveals Plans To File Counterclaim

Ku Hye Sun’s legal representative has released a new statement regarding her divorce with Ahn Jae Hyun.

On September 24, LIWU Law Group lawyer Jung Kyung Suk released the following statement:

As Ku Hye Sun’s legal representative, I am releasing Ku Hye Sun’s second official statement through the law firm. This official statement is being released because there has been a flood of inquiries with the increased interest in Ku Hye Sun’s divorce and in order to clearly reveal some of the changes that have occurred.

First of all, Ahn Jae Hyun submitted an application to the Seoul Family Court on September 9, 2019 for divorce against Ku Hye Sun, and it was delivered to Ku Hye Sun on September 18, 2019. Ku Hye Sun expressed her wish to protect her family life several times, but at this point where a lawsuit has been filed, she thinks it will now be difficult to protect her family life. In order to protect herself now, and because her judgment is that Ahn Jae Hyun is responsible for the causes of their broken marriage, she will soon submit a counterclaim against Ahn Jae Hyun for the divorce lawsuit along with a written response to the Seoul Family Court.

Furthermore, Ku Hye Sun will submit all evidence (including photos) for what she has claimed when carrying out the lawsuit mentioned above.
