SF9's Inseong, AB6IX's Jeon Woong, Kim Kook Heon, And Jeong Sewoon To Appear On New Idol Variety Show
Olive is launching a new variety show called “Idol Social Dining” (literal title)!
In line with its title, the variety show will gather idols who have a certain keyword in common for a candid conversation and meal together. Some examples of keywords include “main vocalist,” “main dancer,” and “group leader.” The cast members will have the opportunity to honestly talk about their concerns and what they’re passionate about with their fellow idols.
The show will be hosted by singer Lee Seok Hoon, whose experience as a vocal trainer on “Produce 101 Season 2” and “Produce X 101” will allow him to connect with the idol cast members on a deeper level. As the MC, he will take on the role of the home owner.
Episode 1 of “Idol Social Dining” will be a “vocalist” special, featuring Jeong Sewoon, Kim Kook Heon, SF9’s Inseong, and AB6IX’s Jeon Woong.
The producers of the show shared, “The show will provide a meaningful opportunity for [viewers] to look into the idols’ inner thoughts and find out what kinds of worries they have. At the same time, it will be entertaining to see the idols personally cook Korean food.”
As of now, “Idol Social Dining” is set to have two pilot episodes and premieres on October 17 at 10:40 p.m. KST. The pilot episodes and various behind-the-scenes videos will be available on Olive’s official YouTube channel.
