Apink's Bomi Shares Her First Experience As New MC Of "Battle Trip"

Apink’s Bomi shared her first experience as one of the new three MCs of “Battle Trip.”

Previously, it was announced that Bomi, Kim Joon Hyun, and Kim Sook are the new MCs of the variety show. They recently finished their first recording together where they proved to have great teamwork and fun chemistry.

Bomi said, “I like traveling, so I’m so happy to be the MC of ‘Battle Trip.’ I’ll make sure to work hard as a bright MC with Kim Joon Hyun and Kim Sook. I’m still lacking, but I want to make it comfortable for viewers who watch ‘Battle Trip’ so they feel like they’re being introduced to travel destinations by their friends.”

She expressed her gratitude to Kim Joon Hyun and Kim Sook, saying, “At first, I was so nervous that I kept asking them if I was doing well. They advised me that I could be more comfortable and that I could say anything I wanted to, so I was able to film with more energy. We have this sibling-like chemistry, so it’s great.”

Bomi revealed she is in charge of a new segment where she recommends places and foods at travel destinations. Then she shared her own travel essentials and commented, “I always bring speakers and scented candles when I’m traveling. In that sense, I think Saipan was a good traveling destination because I could just turn on speakers at the beach and heal quietly rather than doing a lot of activities.”

Bomi promised, “I’d like to share pleasant and happy travel destinations with the viewers in a bright way. Please look forward to it!”

The first appearance of the new MC trio will be on October 5 at 9:15 p.m. KST.
