Yang Se Jong, AOA's Seolhyun, And Woo Do Hwan Have An Unbreakable Connection In "My Country"
New stills have been released for JTBC’s “My Country.”
Taking place at the end of the Goryeo dynasty and the beginning of the Joseon dynasty, this upcoming drama tells the story of conflicts that arise due to people’s desire for power and protection.
On October 3, viewers got a look at the inseparable relationship between Seo Hwi (played by Yang Se Jong), Nam Sun Ho (played by Woo Do Hwan), and Han Hee Jae (played by AOA’s Seolhyun).
In the stills, the three characters get close while hanging out with Seo Hwi’s younger sister Seo Yeon (played by Jo Yi Hyun). Han Hee Jae shows off her beauty without her male disguise, and a strange vibe radiates between Seo Hwi and Nam Sun Ho.
A heart-fluttering moment between Seo Hwi and Han Hee Jae falling on top of each other is also captured, and piques curiosity as to the fate of these three characters who have different beliefs.
Through the stories of Seo Hwi, Nam Sun Ho, and Han Hee Jae, “My Country” will tell the story of life that has been shrouded by the great cause of history. The process in which the three characters of different beliefs find their country, go against one another, and work together will move viewers in a new kind of way.
