"Running Man" Members To Go On Thrilling Chase In Kim Jong Kook's Hometown

Get ready for an exciting chase on this week’s episode of “Running Man”!

On October 12, the SBS variety program shared a glimpse of its upcoming episode, which was filmed in Kim Jong Kook’s hometown of Anyang. For this week’s show, the “Running Man” cast will split up into teams—one team will go on the run, while the other team will try to catch them.

Although Kim Jong Kook initially gets sentimental during the opening of the episode, he quickly transforms into a ruthless hunter once the actual chase begins. Additionally, he displays both confidence and a relaxed attitude due to his familiarity with the city of Anyang, which gives him a unique advantage.

Meanwhile, the fugitive team being chased down by their opponents must seek out places that hold special meaning for Kim Jong Kook. In order to learn about Kim Jong Kook’s fondest memories of Anyang, they call all of his acquaintances, starting from his older brother to his manager and stylist—and end up hearing some hilarious stories about their “Running Man” castmate in the process.

According to the producers of “Running Man,” this week’s episode will also feature some shocking betrayals.
