Fans Are Loving TXT's Nod To BTS In Their New Song

TXT gave Big Hit family fans even more to love with one of their new tracks!

On October 21, the five-member rookie group made their first comeback with their full album “The Dream Chapter: MAGIC.” TXT debuted back in March as the first boy group to come from Big Hit Entertainment since BTS.

One of TXT’s new b-sides is titled “Angel or Devil,” and the group premiered the track with their first performance on an Mnet comeback show on October 21. Fans were quick to notice a connection with BTS’s 2014 track “Boy in Luv”!

In the song, TXT’s Huening Kai sings the line, “Why are you shaking up my heart?” (“왜 내 맘을 흔드는 건데?”) which is the same as a now iconic line that BTS’s V sings in “Boy in Luv.” The choreography also incorporates the dance move from BTS’s song as well!

There’s even more to the apparent homage, as the line before this references the Korean title of “Boy in Luv.”
