Lee Jae Wook Opens Up About "Extraordinary You," First Acting Experience, Hobbies, And More
Lee Jae Wook participated in a photo spread and interview with Marie Claire to talk about his latest drama “Extraordinary You.”
During the interview that followed the photo shoot, Lee Jae Wook talked about playing Baek Kyung in the MBC drama “Extraordinary You.” He said, “He’s tough on the outside but soft on the inside. In order to play a character like that, I worked very hard to get a thorough and deep understanding of who he is.” He also shared that he’s learning a lot from working with cast members who are around his age.
Lee Jae Wook made his debut as Marco Han in “Memories of the Alhambra,” and he reminisced about his first day filming, talking about how unfamiliar, amazing, and magical the experience was. He also expressed his hopes that he will continue to feel that excited and nervous on every set he works on, maintaining a strong bond with everyone who’s working on the project together.
When asked what he likes to do in his spare time, Lee Jae Wook shared that he likes to watch films and also write things down by hand. He added that when he’s analyzing the characters he’s playing, he likes to draw mind maps with a pen to understand the role better.
