October Idol Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 100 idol groups, using big data collected from September 24 to October 25.
Notably, (G)I-DLE saw a sharp rise in the rankings, coming in at No. 2 with a 132.98 percent increase in their total brand reputation index from last month.
BTS maintained their position at the top of the rankings with a total brand reputation index of 13,963,932 for October. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Jimin,” “J-Hope,” and “birthday,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “love,” “beautiful,” and “impressed.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 76.55 percent positive reactions.
EXO rose to third place in the rankings with a total brand reputation index of 4,775,310, while MAMAMOO maintained their position in fourth place with a total score of 4,384,254 for October.
