"VIP" Starring Jang Nara And Lee Sang Yoon Sees Great Premiere Ratings
SBS’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “VIP,” starring Jang Nara and Lee Sang Yoon, has gotten off to a great start!
“VIP” tells the story of a team in charge of a department store’s VIP clients and dives into the lives of working women trying to survive in both the workforce and in their marriages. Jang Nara plays Na Jung Sun, the vice-chief of the VIP task force and a regular wife.
According to Nielsen Korea, the October 28 broadcast of the drama hit 5.9 and 6.8 percent viewership for its two parts. Meanwhile, KBS2’s “The Tale of Nokdu” hit 4.9 and 7.3 percent ratings.
In cable broadcasting, JTBC’s “Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency” held steady at 2.9 percent viewership, while tvN’s “Catch the Ghost,” which premiered last week, saw a decrease in ratings with 3.0 percent viewership.
