Lee Jae Wook And SF9's Rowoon Face Off In "Extraordinary You"
“Extraordinary You” has released exciting previews of its upcoming episodes!
The MBC drama tells the story of a high school student named Eun Dan Oh (Kim Hye Yoon) who discovers that she is a character in a manhwa (Korean comic). When she meets a nameless extra in the story, she decides to go against her predetermined fate and find true love.
Spoiler begins
In the latest episodes, Ha Roo (played by SF9’s Rowoon) came back but Eun Dan Oh was shocked to find that he couldn’t remember her. While he had always been in conflict with Baek Kyung (played by Lee Jae Wook), he began to treat him warmly while being seemingly indifferent towards Eun Dan Oh. Thankfully at the end of episode 16, he regained his memories and embraced Eun Dan Oh.
Spoiler ends
In stills for episodes 17 and 18, Ha Roo and Baek Kyung are facing off, with both the characters grabbing on to the collars of each other’s shirts. Their gazes are unwavering as they stare each other down, and viewers can expect a fiery competition between the two rivals.
New stills have also been released for the characters of Yeo Joo Da (APRIL’s Naeun) and Oh Nam Joo (Kim Young Dae).
Spoiler begins
In the last episode, Oh Nam Joo announced that Yeo Joo Da is now officially his girlfriend. However, it appears their romance will be a rough one as not only did Oh Nam Joo’s mother get involved to oppose their relationship, Lee Do Hwa (Jung Gun Joo) is also watching them with mixed emotions after being self-aware.
Spoiler ends
In stills for the next episodes, Oh Nam Joo shows up at the place where Yeo Joo Da works with the manner of a lead in a manhwa, which greatly surprises her. After announcing that Yeo Joo Da is “his woman” and shocking the whole school, Oh Nam Joo appears to have transformed into someone who’s entirely devoted to Yeo Joo Da, leading to excitement over what kind of romantic moments will take place.
On top of that, Eun Dan Oh, Baek Kyung, and Lee Do Hwa even show up at the place where Yeo Joo Da works. Fans are naturally curious about what all the characters are doing together in the same place and what Lee Do Hwa, who’s returned to A3, will do in this situation after always being frustrated by his predetermined fate.
“Extraordinary You” next airs on October 30 at 8:55 p.m. KST.
