The music video was released at 6 p.m. KST on June 22, 2017, and it surpassed the 700 million mark on October 31 at 12:53 a.m. KST. This means it reached the milestone in 2 years, 4 months, and 8 days.

This is BLACKPINK’s third music video to surpass 700 million views, after “DDU-DU DDU-DU” and “BOOMBAYAH.” The only other Korean artists with music videos that have reached this milestone are PSY and BTS.
