Watch: Minzy Brings Park Bom To Tears With Surprise Video Message On "Queendom"

The 2NE1 sisterhood lives on!

On the October 31 episode of Mnet’s “Queendom,” Park Bom prepared for her final performance.

Park Bom sat in a meeting room when the lights suddenly turned off and the screen in front of her turned on.

Staff members from her agency expressed their support for Park Bom who was the only artist to compete solo on “Queendom.” She became teary as she watched. Suddenly, Minzy appeared onscreen with the greeting, “What’s up! We’re 2NE1!”

“It’s a greeting I’m saying for the first time in a while,” said Minzy. “Unnie, were you surprised? It’s me, Minzy!” Park Bom could not hold back her tears after the surprise, and she sobbed as she watched the clip of Minzy.

Minzy continued, “Only the final battle of ‘Queendom’ awaits you. While watching you and our juniors, I missed our old performances and our 2NE1 fans who were with us. You did such a good job until now, and I feel so proud as a 2NE1 member watching you overcome things on your own.”

She added, “Don’t cry now! It’s now your last battle, so I hope you can show a great performance. Good luck to our Bom unnie!”

After the video message, Park Bom commented, “I was so thankful and it gave me so much strength. The staff members worked really hard because of me and I’m so grateful. I’ll work hard so that I can end this successfully.”
