Watch: Lee Dong Wook Gets Creative In Silly Teasers For New Talk Show

SBS has released two teasers for Lee Dong Wook’s upcoming talk show “Because I Want to Talk”!

In the first teaser, Lee Dong Wook asks, “It might be tough to answer these questions when we’ve just met, but when was the hardest moment in your life thus far?”

The camera then reveals a little girl and Lee Dong Wook sitting at a playground. He continues, “Do you like your mom or your dad?” The girl answers yes when he asks if she has a boyfriend, and he reacts in surprise. With a laugh, he says, “You do?” before asking her to talk with him.

The second teaser starts with Lee Dong Wook looking at the camera with a serious expression next to the words, “I have a dream.” Sitting in front of a whiteboard with a mind map with ideas for the talk show, the actor says, “That’s it! I need to be able to ask difficult questions sometimes!”

He comes across a man who’s exercising at a park. Lee Dong Wook asks, “How can I get married?” and the man answers, “You have to work at a bank.” With a smile, the actor says, “Oh! I can get married if I work at a bank! Okay.”

Lee Dong Wook then walks inside of a church. Sitting in a confessional, he says, “I hear that you’re good at drawing out people’s inner stories,” and the priest replies, “Me?”

The clip humorously suggests that the combination of the strongest staff, golden hour of 10 p.m., and a popular network for “Lee Dong Wook Wants to Talk” may result in the reformation of talk shows.

The priest asks, “What’s the title of the program?” to which the actor answers, “Because I Want to Talk.” When the priest asks, “That’s the title?” Lee Dong Wook explains, “Yes. Because I Want To Talk.”

“Because I Want to Talk” premieres on December 4 at 10 p.m. KST with Gong Yoo confirmed as its first guest.
