Jung Yu Mi and Gong Yoo’s film “Kim Ji Young, Born 1982” has reached three million moviegoers!

As of 3:10 p.m. KST on November 9, “Kim Ji Young, Born 1982” has surpassed three million moviegoers, on the 18th day since the film was released. The film has continued to have a strong showing in its third week, following the film reaching one million moviegoers in five days and two million moviegoers in 11 days.

“Kim Ji Young, Born 1982” tells the story of a woman called Kim Ji Young (played by Jung Yu Mi) who was born in 1982 and the life she lives. The film is based on a best-selling novel of the same name.

To celebrate reaching three million moviegoers, a photo of director Kim Do Young, Gong Yoo, and Jung Yu Mi has been shared, showing the trio holding balloons saying “300.”
