On November 13, a source from Jun Hyosung’s side revealed to Xportsnews, “The contract between Jun Hyosung and her former agency Tommy & Partners Entertainment expired. She established her independent label JHS Entertainment in November and is continuing her activities [through the agency].”

Jun Hyosung will be sharing new music soon!
On November 13 at midnight KST, Jun Hyosung shared a teaser image for her new digital single “Starlight.” It will be coming out on November 21 at 6 p.m. KST, and the announcement explains that the song is for her fans SUPERSTAR.
This summer, Jun Hyosung and TS Entertainment settled on an agreement regarding their longterm legal battle over her exclusive contract, and the contract was determined to be invalid. The agency announced at the same time that it planned to file additional lawsuits against her regarding other issues.
In October 2018, Jun Hyosung joined the agency Tommy & Partners Entertainment.
