AOA Drops Hints For Upcoming Comeback, Shares Hopes For Future, And More

AOA recently participated in a photo shoot and interview with Harper’s Bazaar where they opened up about their upcoming album and future hopes as a group. This was the girl group’s first photo shoot with the current five members.

In the interview that followed the photo shoot, AOA was asked to share hints for their new album, which will be released on November 26. Jimin said, “Even just the music video and cover album are so cool and give off so much confidence.”

Hyejeong emphasized how they would be showing a new side of AOA in the new album as she said, “It’s much different from what we’ve been doing. In the music video, each of the members has a weapon and we defeat all pain, sorrow, parting, and hard times. There’s going to be lots to see, this was the first time I had five outfit changes for a music video.”

The members also talked about their hopes for the future as Chanmi said, “AOA is now in our eighth year, and I’d like for us to be a little happier. We’ve gone through a lot of things, so I’d like for us to promote happily and be carefree.” The group also shared behind-the-scenes stories of their appearance on Mnet’s “Queendom,” their determination as a five-member group, and how they rely on each other.
