'Vagabond' Ends On Its Highest Ratings Yet; 'My Country' Holds Steady For Finale

Both SBS’s “Vagabond” and JTBC’s “My Country” came to an end last night!

According to Nielsen Korea, the November 23 finale of “Vagabond” set a new personal viewership record for the drama. The broadcast scored average nationwide ratings of 9.3 percent, 11.7 percent, and 13.1 percent for its three parts, marking the espionage thriller’s highest viewership ratings yet.

“Vagabond” also performed particularly well with the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored average viewership ratings of 3.5 percent and 5.1 percent—the highest of any drama that night. The final broadcast of “Vagabond” peaked at 13.61 percent in the Seoul metropolitan area and 5.5 percent among viewers ages 20 to 49.

Meanwhile, the series finale of JTBC’s “My Country,” which also aired on November 23, scored an average nationwide rating of 3.951 percent.

KBS 2TV’s “Beautiful Love Wonderful Life” remained the most-watched drama of Saturday nights, scoring average nationwide ratings of 19.2 percent and 23.2 percent for its two parts.

Finally, MBC’s new drama “Never Twice” scored average ratings of 6.2 percent, 9.3 percent, 7.8 percent, and 8.0 percent for the night.
