Big Hit Entertainment Makes Brief Response To Reports Of BTS's February Comeback
On the morning of December 10, a Korean media outlet reported that BTS would be making a comeback in February 2020 and that the group is currently focusing on preparations for their new album.
In response, Big Hit Entertainment simply said, “We will reveal the comeback schedule when it has been confirmed.”
Previously, BTS hinted at their return during the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards held in Japan. During their acceptance speech for Album of the Year, Jimin said, “We’re working on our next album now, and I think we’ll be able to put out an even better album than you’re expecting. Please look forward to it a lot.”
Meanwhile, Big Hit Entertainment also released a statement today wholly denying recent reports that claimed BTS was in a legal dispute with the agency. They expressed regret at JTBC’s journalistic conduct in writing the report and demanded an apology and explanation from the media outlet.
