"I Can See Your Voice" Announces Season 7 Premiere Date + Return Of Kim Jong Kook, Super Junior's Leeteuk, And Yoo Se Yoon As MCs
“I Can See Your Voice” is returning for a seventh season!
On December 12, the long-running variety show announced that its upcoming season premiere would air on both Mnet and tvN on January 17 at 7:30 p.m. KST. The program also revealed a fun poster starring MCs Kim Jong Kook, Super Junior’s Leeteuk, and Yoo Se Yoon—all of whom will be returning to host Season 7.
The newly released poster features the playful caption: “‘I Can See Your Voice’ is LUCKY to be together with all of you. ‘I Can See Your Voice LUCKY 7.'”
“I Can See Your Voice” is a program that features celebrity guests attempting to deduce whether a participant is a talented singer or a tone-deaf person who is an expert at lip-syncing just by watching their performances. Due to its popularity and unique concept, the format has been sold to networks in no less than 10 different countries across the world, including China, Germany, Thailand, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Romania, Malaysia, Cambodia, Slovakia, and the Philippines.
The producers of the show commented, “The reason ‘I Can See Your Voice’ was able to make it all the way to Season 7 is because of the mystery singers who created performances with amazing twists, as well as the viewers.”
“We will continue to try to create opportunities for talented singers and fun memories for our tone-deaf participants, so that we can share our luck,” they continued. “We will create a Season 7 that conveys this energy to the viewers who watch ‘I Can See Your Voice’ and that befits the slogan ‘LUCKY 7.'”
“I Can See Your Voice 7” will air on Fridays at 7:30 p.m. KST beginning on January 17.
