Go Soo Transforms Into An Ambitious Government Official For New tvN Drama

Upcoming tvN drama “Money Game” (literal title) has released first stills of Go Soo as Chae Yi Heon.

“Money Game” imagines a setting in which the major Korean banks are failing and on the verge of bankruptcy. A group of employees at the Financial Services Commission try to prevent the country from falling into a second “IMF crisis.” Go Soo plays Chae Yi Heon, an economic government official who hides the fact that he’s from a wealthy family in order to be acknowledged for his own abilities.

In the new stills, Chae Yi Heon looks ambitious and calculating in an impeccably crisp suit, with an intense look in his eyes.

Go Soo, who has been focused on filming “Money Game” ever since this summer, said, “The drama plot is really good, and the more we film, the more interesting it is. So I’m thinking about how to make the scenes more interesting and meaningful.”

Then he added, “When I act as Chae Yi Heon, I try to make him seem like someone we might easily meet around us rather than someone fictional. I will do my best to show you Chae Yi Heon as a wonderful person with patriotism, responsibility, and firm faith.”
