December Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from November 13 to December 14.
MAMAMOO rose to the top of this month’s list after enjoying an impressive 67.60 percent increase in their brand reputation index. The girl group scored a total index of 9,928,929 for December.
High-ranking phrases in MAMAMOO’s keyword analysis included “release,” “anticipate,” and “happy,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “HIP,” “Hwasa,” and “Moonbyul.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 75.01 percent positive reactions.
(G)I-DLE came in at a close second with a brand reputation index of 9,757,832 for the month, marking a slight increase of 6.31 percent in their score since November.
BLACKPINK took third place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 6,769,562 after seeing a 17.89 percent rise in their score since last month.
TWICE followed close behind in fourth place with a total index of 6,276,280, while Red Velvet rounded out the top five with a score of 5,249,661 for December.
