BTS Becomes 1st Korean Group To Achieve Gold Certification For Album In France

BTS’s “Map of the Soul: Persona” has been certified gold in France!

On December 16, the National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing announced that BTS’s April 2019 mini album “Map of the Soul: Persona” has gone gold in France. To achieve gold certification in the country, an album must reach 50,000 in sales.

This is BTS’s first gold certification in France, and they’re the first Korean group to go gold in the country.
