AOA's Seolhyun Makes Meaningful Donation To Children In Need

AOA’s Seolhyun has made a heartwarming donation to help sick children in need.

On December 19, LOVE FNC revealed that Seolhyun recently donated 50 million won (approximately $43,000) to support children in disadvantaged environments. Her donation will go towards the treatment of pediatric cancer patients through Samsung Medical Center.

According to LOVE FNC, Seolhyun decided to donate after hearing about children who were unable to get surgery because they could not afford the treatment.

Seolhyun previously donated 50 million won to victims of the Pohang earthquake in 2017 as well as 50 million won to Seoul School for the Deaf as a scholarship for its students. After donating 100 million won (approximately $88,670) to help support a childcare center and low-income teenagers, Seolhyun became a member of the Community Chest of Korea’s Honor Society, a status awarded to donors who have contributed a high sum of money.
