IU Shows Support For Close Friend T-ara's Jiyeon's Comeback + Jiyeon Responds
The adorable friendship between IU and T-ara’s Jiyeon is still going strong!
On December 26, Jiyeon made her return with her second solo mini album “SENPASS” and its accompanying title track “Take A Hike.”
That same night, IU took to Instagram to show some love for her longtime friend’s latest release. The singer posted a screenshot of “Take A Hike” and referenced the new song’s lyrics in the caption, writing, “Walking over the map you’ve created. Park Ji Ddong [a nickname for Jiyeon] is so cool.”
IU added in the hashtags, “TakeAHike,” “Jiyeon,” and “Please watch the music video as well; it’s the best.”
Shortly afterwards, Jiyeon playfully responded to IU by writing in the comments, “Save your data. Do a great job and come home safe, kiddo.” (IU is currently on tour in Asia, with her next concerts scheduled to take place in Jakarta on December 28 and 29.)
