Brown Eyed Girls To Return With 1st New Song In Over 4 Years

Brown Eyed Girls is kicking off 2020 with an exciting new release!

On December 27, Mystic Story officially announced, “Brown Eyed Girls will be releasing a digital single on January 2.”

Although Brown Eyed Girls recently made a comeback with their album “RE_vive,” that album consisted entirely of remakes—meaning that the group’s upcoming single will mark their first new music since they released their sixth studio album “Basic” back in 2015.

The upcoming single will be jointly produced by JeA and composer Lee Min Soo, and it is said to be a jazzy song with a wintry vibe.

Earlier this week, JeA remarked during a broadcast, “Our fans had fun watching us throughout our Brown Eyed Girls promotions [for ‘RE_vive’], but I think they must have been a little disappointed [that we were releasing a remake album instead of new music].”

Brown Eyed Girls’ new digital single will drop on January 2 at 6 p.m. KST.
