iKON has been on a sold-out tour in Japan that began on December 14 in Nagoya and has included nine shows in total. On December 30 and 31, the group held their “iKON Year End Live 2019” final concerts in Kobe’s World Memorial Hall.
The group performed songs including “Freedom” and “B-DAY,” and fans sang along with their huge hit “Love Scenario.” Donghyuk’s birthday is on January 3, and iKON and their fans iKONics got to celebrate it together with a surprise event. Donghyuk said, “I’m so grateful to everyone. I’m feeling shy but happy.”
During the show, iKON got a great reaction from fans when they shared the news that they’re working on new music. They said, “We’re preparing for the release of a new song. We’re planning to prepare a lot of new songs in 2020 so we’ll do more tours. Please look forward to it.”
The group ended the show by saying, “In 2020, we’re going to work hard so that both we and you can be happier.”
