MONSTA X's Joohoney Unable To Attend 34th Golden Disc Awards Due To Poor Health
On the morning of January 4 KST, Starship Entertainment announced that MONSTA X’s Joohoney would be taking time to rest following a trip to the hospital on January 3 for high fever and flu symptoms. As a result, the MONSTA X member will be unable to attend the 34th Golden Disc Awards, to be held on January 4 and 5 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.
The news comes less than a month after Joohoney visited the hospital for dizziness and poor health condition in December, ahead of MONSTA X’s trip to the United States for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball concert tour.

Hello, this is Starship Entertainment.
On the afternoon of January 3, MONSTA X’s Joohoney went to the hospital for treatment of a high fever and flu symptoms.
In accordance with the doctor’s strong recommendation for rest, Joohoney will be taking some time off to focus on recovery.
As a result, we are announcing that Joohoney will be unable to attend the GMarket Smile Club Concert and the 34th Golden Disc Awards. Whether or not Joohoney will be able to attend following scheduled activities will be determined by his condition.
We apologize for causing concern to fans who had been waiting [for MONSTA X], and we will do our best in maintaining the group’s condition so that they can promote in good health.
