Rocket Punch Announces Fan Club Name

Rocket Punch announced their fan club name!

On January 6, the rookie girl group shared that they’ll be calling their fans “Ketchy.”

According to the notice, the name “Ketchy” (켓치) comes from the second and fourth syllables in Rocket Punch’s Korean name (로켓펀치) and means “attractive” or “charming.”

The announcement also explains, “As a fan club name with the same pronunciation as ‘Catchy,’ it means that fans are a part of Rocket Punch and something important that they can’t live without.”

Rocket Punch is a six-member group under Woollim Entertainment that debuted in August with “Pink Punch” and their title track “Bim Bam Bum.”
