X1's Agency To Provide Full Refunds For Fan Club Membership

Swing Entertainment will be refunding fans who purchased membership for X1’s official fan club.

Following the “Produce 101” series vote manipulation controversy, X1 disbanded on January 6 after a vote by heads of the members’ agencies. Dispatch recently reported that four of the nine agencies had voted to disband the group.

On January 10, X1’s agency Swing Entertainment announced on the official fan cafe that they would be providing full refunds to those who purchased the fan club membership.

The statement is provided below:

Hello. This is Swing Entertainment.

Since X1’s activities have officially concluded, we will be carrying out refunds for X1’s paid official fan club ONE IT first generation membership fee.

As we plan to carry out refunds for the full amount paid (including shipping fee) when applying for membership, we will be providing further information regarding the refund process and plan following discussion.

We will work hard to provide an announcement after wrapping up everything as fast as possible. We ask for the generous understanding of fans.

Thank you for sending X1 so much love until now, and we hope fans continue to cherish and look lovingly after the 11 youths who will shine even brighter in the future. Thank you.
