"My Ugly Duckling," "The Return Of Superman," And "2 Days & 1 Night" Dominate Sunday Variety Show Ratings
The battle for Sunday variety show ratings remains as fierce as ever!
On January 20, SBS’s “My Ugly Duckling” remained the most-watched variety show of the night. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of the popular reality show scored average nationwide ratings of 10.8 percent, 9.5 percent, and 12.9 percent for its three parts.
KBS 2TV’s “The Return of Superman” followed close behind with average ratings of 10.2 percent and 11.9 percent for its two parts, while “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” remained steady with average ratings of 9.1 percent and 11.6 percent. The network’s relatively newer variety show “Boss in the Mirror” also continued to perform well, scoring average ratings of 5.9 percent and 10.3 percent for the night.
SBS’s “Running Man” scored average nationwide ratings of 5.0 percent and 7.5 percent for the evening, while “Master in the House” trailed slightly with average ratings of 6.2 percent and 4.8 percent.
Finally, MBC’s “The King of Mask Singer” scored average ratings of 4.9 percent and 7.5 percent for the night, “Those Crossing the Line Returns” 4.1 percent and 3.1 percent, and “Where is My Home” 5.6 percent and 7.5 percent.
