Yeon Jung Hoon To Star Opposite Lee Yoo Ri In New Romance Drama
It’s official: Yeon Jung Hoon and Lee Yoo Ri will be starring together in a new romance drama!
On January 23, Yeon Jung Hoon’s agency 935 Entertainment confirmed that the actor would be making his return to the small screen in the upcoming Channel A drama “Lie After Lie” (literal translation). A representative of the agency stated, “Yeon Jung Hoon has chosen ‘Lie After Lie’ as his next project.”
“Lie After Lie” will tell the love story of a true romance that begins with a lie. Lee Yoo Ri will star in the drama as Ji Eun Soo, a woman who attempts to become the stepmother of her biological daughter, while Yeon Jung Hoon will reportedly be playing the role of Kang Ji Min, a man who falls in love with Ji Eun Soo while helping her in her quest.
Yeon Jung Hoon’s last appearance in a drama was in early 2019, when he starred in OCN’s “Possessed.”
“Lie After Lie” is currently scheduled to begin airing sometime in the first half of this year.
