2PM's "My House" MV Suddenly Resurges In Popularity 5 Years After Release

Five years after its release, 2PM’s “My House” is suddenly back in the spotlight!

2PM first released the hit song “My House” back in 2015, as the title track of their fifth studio album “No. 5,” with music and lyrics penned by Jun.K.

Despite the fact that half the group’s members are currently serving in the military (Wooyoung, Junho, and Chansung are all in the midst of serving, while Taecyeon was discharged last year and Jun.K completed his service earlier this month), and even though 2PM has not been able to promote as a full group since 2016, the music video for “My House” is unexpectedly enjoying a resurgence in popularity in 2020.

The sumptuous, fairytale-inspired music video has suddenly seen a spike in views and comments, drawing attention to a forgotten gem—and leading people to seek out old fan-taken videos of 2PM performing the song.

In celebration of the sudden attention being received by the music video, JYP Entertainment has dropped a special “bonus video” of 2PM performing “My House” at their concert “House Party” before the members’ enlistments.
