Watch: "Crash Landing On You" Cast Is Playful While Filming Romantic Scenes
tvN’s “Crash Landing on You” has released a new behind-the-scenes video!
The video starts off with Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin rehearsing the scene in which they reunite. When they finally start filming, the two suddenly stop and burst into laughter when fake snow enters Son Ye Jin’s mouth. She asks Hyun Bin, “Did you see it go into my mouth?” and Hyun Bin vividly explains how he saw the snow go inside when she breathed in. The two try again, only to have the snow enter her mouth again. In another behind-the-scenes moment, Hyun Bin adorably follows Son Ye Jin around as the two film amidst a playful atmosphere.
The video also shows Seo Ji Hye bursting into laughter when she sees how many instant noodle packs Kim Jung Hyun has in his suitcase. While transferring the instant noodles into a separate bowl, Kim Jung Hyun is careful to use his hand to block the soup from splashing onto Seo Ji Hye’s white outfit. Seo Ji Hye comments, “If [the soup] splashes, I have to buy it,” but Kim Jung Hyun asks if she’s actually implying that he would have to pay for the outfit if he splashes on it.
Furthermore, Kim Sook, who made a special appearance on “Crash Landing on You,” asks the staff where Ri Jung Hyuk’s (Hyun Bin’s character) house is in order to take a commemorative photo. In an interview, she shares, “I was really happy to receive an offer to make a cameo appearance on ‘Crash Landing on You,’ which I really enjoy watching. I’m so glad I did it because the villagers took such good care of me, and the mood on set was so nice. I think I had such a comfortable time making a cameo appearance.” Kim Sook also adds in her support message for the drama while jokingly looking for Ri Jung Hyuk, who wasn’t on set. She comments, “I chose the wrong date.”
The behind-the-scenes video ends with clips of the lead actors having a good time filming and rehearsing, with Kim Young Min bringing additional laughter to the cast and staff with his awkward smile at the end.
