Kim Tae Hee And Lee Kyu Hyung Experience Love At First Sight In Upcoming Drama

tvN’s upcoming Saturday-Sunday drama “Hi Bye, Mama” has released new stills of Kim Tae Hee and Lee Kyu Hyung!

“Hi Bye, Mama!” is about a woman named Cha Yu Ri (Kim Tae Hee) who, after passing away in a tragic accident, is able to return to her husband Jo Kang Hwa (Lee Kyu Hyung) and daughter for 49 days as a ghost.

The newly released stills reveal the couple’s long romance history including their first meeting and their sweet newlywed days. In one image, Cha Yu Ri is dressed as a red devil (official supporting group for South Korea’s national soccer team) to celebrate the 2006 World Cup in Germany, and despite the crowds, Jo Kang Hwa can’t take his eyes off of Cha Yu Ri. The images reveal the moment in which the two fall in love at first sight.

Past their sweet dating days, the two are all smiles on their wedding day as they promise to always be together. Cha Yu Ri and Jo Kang Hwa appear to be completely in love with each other as they spend their newlywed days affectionately. However, Cha Yu Ri’s passing puts an end to the couple’s happiness, splitting the two apart. Even though Cha Yu Ri is by Jo Kang Hwa’s side as he tries to hold back his sadness, she is unable to comfort him.

Due to her unfulfilled longing to hold her daughter in her arms, Cha Yu Ri is unable to leave this world behind. Meanwhile, cardiothoracic surgeon Jo Kang Hwa looks for happiness again while trying to overcome the sadness of losing his wife. Although Cha Yu Ri is supposed to receive her judgement on reincarnation in heaven, she unexpectedly receives it on earth, and her reunion with Jo Kang Hwa shakes his life up once again.
