Chungha Donates Masks For Coronavirus Prevention To Children In Need On Her Birthday

Chungha made a meaningful donation on the day of her birthday, February 9!

According to ChildFund Korea, Chungha donated 20 million won (approximately $16,800) to the institute to go towards purchasing masks for children to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. The amount is enough to purchase approximately 10,000 masks.

Chungha, who has always been interested in helping underprivileged children, shared, “I hope that this will help children from low-income families who have a hard time finding masks due to the spread of the infectious novel coronavirus. I will continue to stay informed so that all kids can grow safely and healthily.”

The institute thanked her, saying, “We will do our best so that Chungha’s warm donation can reach children from low-income families all around the nation in the form of masks. The donation will help children greatly.”
