IZ*ONE's "BLOOM*IZ" Breaks K-Pop Girl Group Record For First Week Album Sales On Day Of Release
IZ*ONE’s “BLOOM*IZ” has broken the first week album sales record for K-pop girl groups on the day of the album’s release!
TWICE’s “Feel Special” held the previous record with 154,028 copies sold in the first week of its release, and IZ*ONE’s “BLOOM*IZ” has broken the record with approximately 175,249 copies sold on Hanteo Chart as of February 17 at 7 p.m. KST.
The album was released on February 17 at 6 p.m. KST, meaning that the album’s sales for the upcoming six days and 23 hours will also count towards its total first week sales.
The current top 5 of K-pop girl group first week album sales are as follows:
