JYP Entertainment Warns Of Legal Action Against Violation Of DAY6's Privacy

JYP Entertainment will be taking action in protection of DAY6’s privavcy.

On February 25, the agency posted the following statement:

Hello, this is JYPE.

Recently, there have been continuous cases of acts that do not respect DAY6’s privacy such as visiting their dorm and leaving gifts.

Acts that harm the artist’s rights and interests at private scheduled activities and near JYP headquarters, practice rooms, studios, and their dorm are violations of the previously announced blacklist regulations. However, these acts still continue to take place, and permanent penalties regarding future activities may be assigned to those who are found [responsible].

In effort to protect the safety and privacy of the DAY6 members, we will take firm measures including legal action when acts violating their privacy and personal rights, such as those mentioned above, are discovered. We will take appropriate measures also based on tips sent to fan@jype.com regarding all acts that take place online and offline ,

In order for the artist to not receive harm due to illegal acts, we ask for the cooperation of My Day who cherish DAY6.
