BTS Grabs No. 7 On IFPI's List Of Best-Selling Global Artists Of The Year For 2019

BTS takes the lucky seven spot on the Global Recording Artist of the Year chart from the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI)!

The IFPI is a non-profit organization that represents the recorded music industry worldwide. Its 2019 Top 10 list of best-selling global artists was released on March 2, with Taylor Swift at No. 1. BTS grabs the No. 7 spot after releasing their chart-topping mini album “Map of the Soul: Persona” in April 2019.

IFPI’s Global Recording Artist of the Year chart ranks music consumption across all formats, including streaming channels and sales of digital and physical albums and singles.
