A source from Prain TPC shared to Sports Donga, “Ji Soo was offered a role in ‘When I Was the Most Beautiful’ and is positively reviewing it.”

According to SPOTV News, Ji Soo will be starring in MBC’s new drama “When I Was the Most Beautiful” (literal translation).

The series conveys the message that everyone has the right to be happy and centers around a love triangle between two brothers and a woman named Ye Ji. It tells the story of Seo Hwan who reunites with the woman he loves when she becomes his sister-in-law. He met the the student art teacher Ye Ji before his older brother did, and he brought her to his father’s workshop in order to impress her. Things didn’t go according to plan, however, as she got close to his older brother instead. After the disappearance of his older brother, Seo Hwan reveals his true feelings for Ye Ji.

Ji Soo will reportedly play Seo Hwan, a role Yoon Kyun Sang was previously revealed to be in talks for. Im Soo Hyang is in talks to play Ye Ji, while Ha Seok Jin is considering the role of the older brother Seo Jin.

“When I Was the Most Beautiful” will air in the second half of the year.

Meanwhile, Ji Soo’s most recent drama was the Netflix series “My First First Love.”
