Kim Hye Yoon Confirmed To Star In New Film

Kim Hye Yoon will soon be taking on her very first leading role in a film!

On March 19, the actress’s agency SidusHQ announced, “Kim Hye Yoon has been cast as the lead of ‘The Girl Riding a Bulldozer’ [literal translation], and she is now poised to go beyond the small screen and take over the silver screen as well.”

“The Girl Riding a Bulldozer” is an upcoming film that will tell the story of Hye Young (played by Kim Hye Yoon), who investigates her father’s whereabouts after he suffers an unexpected accident. Kim Hye Yoon will lead the story as the bold, fearless Hye Young, who is stubbornly determined to achieve whatever she sets her mind to.

After skyrocketing to fame in JTBC’s hit drama “SKY Castle,” Kim Hye Yoon recently took on her first leading role in MBC’s “Extraordinary You.”

“The Girl Riding a Bulldozer,” which will mark her first starring role in a movie, is scheduled to begin filming in May.
