Shin Ye Eun Goes Through The Various Emotions Of First Love In "Meow The Secret Boy"
KBS’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “Meow the Secret Boy” has shared new stills of Shin Ye Eun’s first love blossoming.
“Meow the Secret Boy” will tell the story of Hong Jo (Kim Myung Soo), a cat who can mysteriously transform into a human, and Kim Sol Ah, a puppy-like person who still likes other people even if they hurt her.
Shin Ye Eun is taking on the role of Kim Sol Ah, who is so trusting of people and has a kind heart. She always seems to be the one who gives more when it comes to love, and because of this, she unexpectedly finds herself taking car of the cat left behind by the ex-girlfriend of the man she’s been in an unrequited love with for 10 years.
The new stills show Kim Sol Ah seeing someone and slowly making her way to them. When their eyes meet, she can’t help but cover her face with her scarf as her heart races, going through a variety of emotions from happiness to sorrow, reflecting the story of her first love that she will tell in the drama.
The production staff stated, “Shin Ye Eun was able to recreate that soft feeling of first love so well that we were excited just watching her. She has an amazing storytelling ability that really shone in this scene,” and “We hope viewers will watch over ‘Meow the Secret Boy.'”
“Meow the Secret Boy” will premiere on March 25 at 10 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki.
