March Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 100 idol groups, using big data collected from February 26 to March 27.
BTS held onto their spot at the top of the list this month, scoring a brand reputation index of 13,605,781 for March. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “ON,” “YouTube,” and “promise,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “appear,” “root for,” and “act.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 62.84 percent positive reactions.
LOONA rose to second place in the rankings this month, enjoying a 32.15 percent increase in their brand reputation index since February. The girl group’s total index for March came out to 5,292,349.
Finally, BLACKPINK came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 5,219,601 for the month.
