Kim Go Eun Shows Her Soft Side In New Stills For "The King: Eternal Monarch"
SBS’s “The King: Eternal Monarch” has released new stills of Kim Go Eun.
The drama, starring Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun, tells the story of two parallel worlds, one in which Korea is a constitutional monarchy ruled by emperor Lee Gon (Lee Min Ho), and one similar to present-day Korea, where Jung Tae Eul (played by Kim Go Eun) is a detective.
In the new stills, we get a glimpse of Jung Tae Eul in her high school days, giving off sweet and innocent vibes. The new preview shows a strong contrast to previous stills, in which Jung Tae Eul — in present day — is a tough detective, heightening anticipation for her character’s story and past.
A source from Hwa&Dam Pictures said, “Kim Go Eun is an actress that works so hard, thoroughly analyzing and researching her character to optimize her portrayal and to not overlook even the smallest details.”
“The King: Eternal Monarch” premieres April 17.
