SUPERNOVA's Yoon Hak Diagnosed With COVID-19

SUPERNOVA’s Yoon Hak has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

On April 3, SPOTV News reported that Yoon Hak was diagnosed with novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on April 1.

Following reports, a representative confirmed, “After returning to Korea on March 24 following his individual promotions in Japan, Yoon Hak was diagnosed with COVID-19 on April 1.” The source continued, “Currently, Yoon Hak is hospitalized and receiving treatment. His symptoms are mild. He will be focusing on treatment and recovery. His manager, stylists, and other staff members have all tested negative.”

Reportedly, Yoon Hak did not experience any symptoms directly after returning to Korea. However, after symptoms began to gradually appear, he got tested on March 31 at the Seocho District Public Health Center. The next day, he was diagnosed and sent to Seoul Medical Center, where he is currently receiving treatment in an isolated room.

Although others in the entertainment industry such as staff members of Chungha and EVERGLOW as well as a junior producing director on “Food Bless You” have tested positive for COVID-19, Yoon Hak is the first Korean celebrity to receive the diagnosis.

Yoon Hak made his debut as a member of SUPERNOVA in 2007 and has mainly been promoting actively in Japan. He also starred in the dramas “Fates and Furies” as well as “My Unfortunate Boyfriend.”

Wishing Yoon Hak a speedy recovery!
